Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy: We are not currently accepting returns. Everything is made to order, and the precious nature of the products does not lend itself well to shipping. Please email us if you have any issues, and we can go from there. If the goods are faulty or wrongly described, we can offer a full refund. Sale items or items bought during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Other Notes: Please do not send your purchase back without booking a return with us first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy: Delivery times displayed on the site are subject to change and may differ depending on the product. You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped, and from there, online tracking can tell you how many days until it arrives. All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been placed, it's processed the same day, so no cancellations or amendments can be made. Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post or Couriers Please.

We are not responsible for any customs, import, or administrative fees that may apply in your country.

The customer is responsible for their package. If returned to sender (marked as unclaimed or incorrect address), Studio Daffa does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Studio Daffa is not responsible for stolen or lost packages; however, we will do everything we can to track down the parcel.
